Welcome from the College & University Division Chair

Greetings—we are delighted that you are visiting our College and University Division page on the ACT website! Please take a moment to explore our all of our programs in Alabama.

As educators on the College & University level in Alabama, we are as dedicated to our students’ growth as artists and intellectuals as we are to their career goals. The ACT College/University Division Festival hosts the SETC Preliminary Auditions as well as the College/University Fringe Festival which is an evening of student written work.

As Chair of the College/University Division I’m thrilled to serve with Marcus Lane as the Vice Chair. We are fortunate to be a part of a rapidly growing and ever changing division. The future holds great things for this division and I am excited be a part of it as it develops.

If you are already a member of ACT, please use this site as an information resource. If you are just visiting, feel free to discover the many opportunities that we provide state wide. Contact us anytime. Let us know how we can be of service to you. Please also feel free to contact us with ideas to help our division grow and flourish. We look forward to meeting you soon as students, colleagues, and friends.

Peace,

Marcus Lane
